Six monthly one-hour sessions
Service Description
Session 0: Get to Know Your Coach (30 mins) In this session, you will meet your coach and share your goals. You can talk about what you want to achieve. Self-assessment Self-assessment is a great way to learn more about yourself. It can help you understand your level of confidence, how you judge yourself, and identify your strengths. Session 1: Understand Your Challenge (60 mins) We will dig deeper into your issue and find out why it's happening. Session 2: Set Small Goals (60 mins) Working together with me, you will set small, doable goals. Breaking down your big challenge into smaller steps can help you achieve them easily. Session 3: Build Long-Lasting Habits (60 mins) We will work together to build long-lasting habits. You will start with small steps towards developing a healthy habit. Session 4: Make Progress (60 mins) We will check how you're doing on your goals. You can talk about any problems you're facing. Session 5: Keep an Eye on Your Goals (60 mins) We will keep an eye on your goals and think about what you've learned so far. Session 6: Look Back and Forward (60 mins) We will think about what you've achieved so far and talk about what's next for you.
